Community Officers Recover Stolen Motorbike in West Bay, 4 October

Yesterday, 4 October, West Bay CPD officers conducted an operation in West Bay to recover a motorbike that had been stolen in a burglary on Boatswain Bay Road on 30 September.

The motorbike had been sighted by the victim in West Bay after it was stolen; thanks to this information and other information obtained from the community, CPD officers found the bike and returned it to the victim yesterday.  CPD officers would like to thank both the victim and the community for their proactively assistance with the recovery of the bike.

The burglary is still under investigation and officers are continuing to conduct enquiries.  Anyone with any information regarding who was in possession of the orange Zongshen Z-One over the past few days (picture above), or any information about the burglary at an address on Boatswain Bay Road last Saturday night/Sunday morning (29-30 September) during which the bike was stolen, should contact West Bay Police Station at 949-3999, or submit a tip confidentially directly to police or anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 800-8477 or online.
