Police Operation in the Breakers Area, Bodden Town, 18 February

Just before 6:45 AM this morning, Monday 18 February, police had cause to launch an operation in the breakers area. Officers attended the location and saw a vessel in the water. Three men were also located in area acting suspiciously. The men were subsequently arrested on suspicion of illegal landing.

Mrs. Tameka Ricketts is an Auxiliary Constable with the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service. She is currently attached to the Community Police Department as the beat officer for Beat 3 in the district of Bodden Town, where she is overseen by PS Pompey, who is in charge of sector 2. She has been in this position for almost a year and is working hard to get to know her communities and its members.
