Just after 1PM today the 9-1-1 Communication Centre received a report of a medical emergency at residential complex off the Esterley Tibbetts Highway in George Town. Police, Fire and EMS responded immediately to assist.

Update: Man Charged in Relation to Attempted Rape, 9 May

A who was arrested following a report of an attempted rape which occurred on Monday, 6 May, on Grackle Road in George Town, has been formally charged with Attempted Rape, Burglary, Assault ABH and two counts of Assault by Penetration. He appeared in court on 8 May and was remanded into custody.

Two Person Arrested in the Safe Haven Area, 9 May

Just before 1PM today a 30-year-old-man from Bodden Town and a 29-year-old-woman also from Bodden Town, were arrested after officers made attempts to stop a vehicle being driven by the man in West Bay.

Update: Male Arrested in Relation to West Bay Aggravated Burglary, 8 May

8th May, 2019

Just before 10:30PM on Wednesday 6 March, police were dispatched to an address in the Birch Tree Hill area of West Bay, where it was reported that two persons, one armed with an object that appeared to be a handgun and the other a long metal object, entered the residence. A juvenile, age 16 of West Bay, has since been arrested.

A man has been arrested and charged in relation to an incident on 1 May, where officers were dispatched by the 9-1-1 Communications Centre to a report of a burglary at an address on Frank Sound Road. An intruder was confronted by a woman living at the residence as he attempted to steal an item. He appears in court today, 6 May.
