Superintendent Robert Graham is head of Uniform and District Operations, and supervises all frontline policing, including community policing, traffic and roads policing, and custody. Altogether he oversees approximately 150 officers.

Superintendent Graham joined the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service in 2016 after serving as a police officer in Kent, UK, for twenty-two years, and in the Royal Air Force for nine years. He achieved the rank of T/Superintendent during his years with the Kent Police, where he worked across all three policing branches, namely investigations, intelligence and uniformed policing. In different managerial roles he was responsible for specialist operations and serious crime investigations, but also acquired significant experience in frontline and community policing during his time as Borough Commander in Maidstone, where he supervised 300 officers and led several police-community initiatives.

Superintendent Graham was awarded the South Atlantic Medal during his service with the Royal Air Force and holds Diplomas in Policing from Kent Christchurch University and in Terrorist Studies from St. Andrews University. He also holds multiple Chief Officers’ Certificates of Merit for professionalism, and a judge’s commendation for bravery.
