West Bay Community Officers Restrain Ferocious Dog Near Sir John A. Cumber Primary

This morning, West Bay Community Officers on patrol at the Sir John A. Cumber Primary School observed a ferocious stray dog chasing students and jumping on cars. The officers contacted the Department of Agriculture and then secured the dog while awaiting their arrival. The dog, a male Rottweiler estimated to weigh about 80lbs, was then collected by the DOA’s Animal Welfare Officer and transported to the DOA Animal Rescue Shelter.
