Police responded to a serious single-vehicle collision in Bodden Town early this morning and are urging motorists to drive responsibly throughout the festive season.

Police respond to a report of heavy equipment falling on a man, resulting in his sudden death. The circumstances of the man's passing are being investigated in a joint agency.

On Tuesday, 22 July, 2025, RCIPS officers on mobile patrol observed a vehicle suspected to be committing traffic offenses. Following investigations, the driver, who is an Auxiliary Constable with the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service, has been charged with multiple offenses:

Shortly after 9:30PM on Saturday, 25 October, officers responded to a report of a collision on Sea View Road, in the vicinity of Welcome Way, East End, involving a Honda Fit and a pedestrian. Following the collision, the driver of the vehicle was approached by members of the public who damaged the vehicle and assaulted her.

The RCIPS Cyber Crime team are aware of a number of local companies whose webpages have been compromised by malware, which may affect anyone interacting with those webpages.

Police are appealing to members of the public who may had a number of SERCOM internet modems stolen to make contact in order to identify the items.

Police investigate a serious two-vehicle MVA in the Midland Acres area of Bodden Town, which resulted in a woman being arrested on suspicion of Dangerous driving.

Jeffrey Diaz Hernandez, who was reported missing on Wednesday, 24 September, has presented himself to the police and appears to be in good health.
