A 31-year-old man of West Bay has been charged yesterday 5 August, with Attempted Rape, Indecent Assault, Possession of Ganja and Consumption of Ganja. These charges followed his arrest on Tuesday 3 August, in relation to an incident that took place at a residence on North West Point Road in West Bay on 26 July.
The man appeared in court yesterday, 5 August, where he was remanded in custody until 20 August, at which time he will re-appear at the Grand Court.
