He has invested decades of his life to policing within the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service, with the majority of those years being specific to the sister islands. As he is also a member of the Cayman Brac Community, he has deliberate and person interest in the development and maintenance of the community and the reduction in crime and anti-social behaviour that affect the island.
PS Ferguson is already in the community conducting highly-visible patrols, conducting “meet and greet” sessions, offering advice on crime prevention, dealing with anti-social behaviour, making house visits and working with the people to create a safer community.
PS Ferguson is focused on building stronger partnerships within the community; this includes local businesses and concerned individuals who are willing to work with the Police to develop and maintain a safe community where each person shows respect for everyone else.
