A 33-year-old-man of Bodden Town has been formally charged with eight offences following his arrest on 6th November in relation to an incident that took place on 7 October, at a residence located on Keturah Street, George Town, involving a woman known to him.

The man was formally charged with:

• Burglary
• Abduction
• Assault ABH
• Causing Fear or Provocation of Violence
• Damage to Property
• Two counts of Theft
• Taking a Conveyance without the Owner’s Consent

He appeared before the court today 8 November where he was remanded in custody and is due to return to court on Friday 10 November.
