Yesterday, 22 November, the Office of the DPP issued a legal ruling directing no criminal prosecution against Martin Bridger or Richard Coy, relating to the long running Operation Tempura investigation. The RCIPS can confirm that both parties have been advised of the ruling and that the case is now closed.
