For a better experience on RCIPS, UPDATE YOUR BROWSER. The police are aware of a video circulating on social media which appears to show a man attempting to unlawfully gain entry to an apartment building.
The police understand that the incident took place in an apartment complex in the Windsor Park area.
Following enquiries, a man age 39, residing in West Bay, has been arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass in relation to this matter. He has since been charged with Criminal Trespass and multiple breaches of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, prohibiting him from loitering near any residence. He appeared in court and was remanded pending a further appearance.
The police are encouraging residents of Windsor Park and surrounding communities who may have had seen or had encounters with this man, or have any other information related to this investigation, to contact the George Town Police Station at 949-4222.
The public is encouraged to share any relevant CCTV or other camera footage directly with the police.
