The man, age 61, residing in George Town, who was arrested in September 2024 on suspicion of manslaughter in relation to an incident which occurred on 21 January, 2024, has now been formally charged with Manslaughter.
He is scheduled to appear in Summary Court on Tuesday, 26 August.
Initial Release (11 September):
A man, age 61, who resides in George Town, has been arrested on suspicion of Manslaughter by Reason of Gross Negligence in relation to an incident that occurred on 21 January 2024.
He is currently on police bail pending further investigation.
