Shortly after 8:30AM on Saturday, 8 September, police received a report that a room at a resort in East End had been broken into and the keys to a vehicle taken. The vehicle, which was parked at the resort, was then stolen by the culprit. The vehicle was later recovered and investigations led to the arrest of a man, who also refused to provide a specimen of urine when requested to do so.
The man, age 28 of East End, has been formally charged with Burglary, Theft, and Failure to Provide a Specimen of Urine. He appears in court this morning, 16 November.
