This is in relation to an incident on the morning of Thursday, 24 May, where police responded to a report of a man loitering and acting suspiciously at the rear of an apartment complex on North West Point Road, West Bay. The man was seen walking onto the patios and peering into the windows of some of the units before leaving the location. He was located and arrested by officers shortly afterwards.
He is appearing in court this morning, 28 May.
