Update: Missing Teen, Kayla James, Located, 27 May 

The RCIPS can confirm that missing teen, Kayla James, has been located.

The RCIPS thanks the public for their assistance. 

Initial: Missing Teen: Kayla James, 27 May

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing teen, 17-year-old Kayla James, who was reported missing on Saturday, 23 May.

The RCIPS is informing the public that anyone who harbours or conceals a young person is guilty of an offence and is liable, on conviction, to being fined $2000 and to imprisonment for three months.  

Officers are encouraging Kayla to attend the nearest police station immediately.

Kayla was last seen on West Bay Road, in the vicinity of 7 Mile Shops during the One Carnival activity. 

Kayla is described as being of medium build, approximately 5’ feet tall, and wearing a Cayman Flag T-Shirt, jeans shorts, calf-high black socks and crocs.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is encouraged to call the Bodden Town Police Station at 947-2220 or the M.A.S.H Unit at 649-6000.
