Shortly after 7:30 PM on Wednesday, May 27, officers from the Traffic and Roads Policing Unit responded to a report of a collision involving a vehicle and a cyclist at the junction of Shamrock Road and Condor Road in Bodden Town.
On arrival, officers observed minor damage to the vehicle as well as the bicycle. The rider of the bicycle reported injuries and was transported to the Anthony S Eden Hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment for what are believed to be serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The collision remains under investigation by the Roads and Traffic Policing Unit and anyone with information is being encouraged to call the Bodden Town Police Station at 947-2220.
