Police Investigate Wounding Incident at a Bar in George Town, 11 November

11th November, 2025 Police Headlines

Just after 2:00 AM on Monday, 10 November, police were dispatched by the 9-1-1 Communication Centre to a stabbing incident at Everglo Bar in George Town.

It was reported that a woman was stabbed in the parking lot while she was inside her vehicle by another woman at the location. It is believed that this took place following an altercation that began inside the bar between the two women.

The injured woman was transported to the hospital by private vehicle, where she was treated and later released, for serious but non-life-threatening wounds.

The incident is being investigated by the police, and enquiries suggest that there was a large number of patrons at the location when the incident occurred. Detectives are currently seeking witnesses and are encouraging anyone with information to call the George Town Police Station at 949-4222.

Anyone with information may call the West Bay Police Station at 949-3999.
