General OCP Data Collection
Apart from data collected when browsing or submitting information to this website (detailed above), the Office of the Commissioner of Police also collects personal data from members of the public in the course of its general statutory law enforcement functions (including, but not limited to, arrests, investigations and outreach) which are primarily contained within the Police Act (2021 Revision). We also process data collated in the source of administrative functions, for example staff administration, procurement and property management.
