To facilitate the installation of underground electrical ducts in the area between Claude Hill Road and the CNB Roundabout, a section of Elgin Avenue will be partially blocked from 6:30AM Saturday, 9 April, until 8:00PM Sunday, 10 April.
During these times, westbound traffic on Elgin Avenue will be allowed to flow with minimal disruption. The eastbound lane will be diverted through Claude Hill Road. However, motorists travelling in the area should expect minor delays and should, if possible, avoid the area during these times.
