The RCIPS is informing the motoring public in Cayman Brac about rolling road closures on Saturday, 31 October, to facilitate the Pirates Week Cayman Brac Float Parade.
The parade will commence at 3:00PM at the Old Airport Site, in the vicinity of James Scott Road and West Side Road, and will continue along West Side Road, concluding at Cemetery Road. The parade is scheduled to finish by 4:00PM.
Rolling road closures will be implemented along the designated parade route to ensure the safety of participants and spectators. As the parade progresses, roads will be reopened in sections once it is safe to do so.
Motorists are advised to allow additional travel time, exercise caution, observe police barriers and posted signage, and follow the instructions of officers directing traffic along the route.
