UPDATE (16 July):
Investigations continue into the fatal stabbing which was reported on Sunday, 14 July. At about 9:30AM, police received a report that a man had been found unresponsive at an address in the vicinity of Short Lane, in the Windsor Park area of George Town. Police attended the location and the man was observed with a stab wound to the abdomen. EMS attended the location and the man was transported to the Cayman Islands Hospital, where he was subsequently pronounced dead.
The victim has been identified as Rodney Anthony Rivers, age 59 of George Town. The RCIPS expresses condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
Officers arrested a man at the location, age 51 of George Town, on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody as investigations continue.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have been in the area before 9:30AM on Sunday, 14 July, and who may have seen anything suspicious, or have any information regarding this matter, to contact the RCIPS Major Incident Room at 649-2930.

Officers are currently on the scene of a fatal stabbing of a male victim in the vicinity of Windsor Park, George Town, which was reported shortly after 9:30AM today. One man has been arrested on suspicion of murder in relation to the incident and remains in custody.
The matter is currently under investigation.
