Further to the below press releases, a 54-year-old-man of George Town was arrested on the 26 February, relative to the motor vehicle collision that took place on the 23 February. The man is currently on police bail and the investigation progresses.

The pedestrian is still in critical condition, suffering from very serious life-threatening injuries.
