Wanted man Luisto Hernandez, age 27, was located at a Bodden Town address by the police on Monday 14 November. He was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and possession of an unlicensed firearm. A 22-year-old-woman of Bodden Town was also arrested along with Hernandez, on suspicion of defeating the course of justice for assisting him to evade the police. She was later bailed pending further investigation.

Hernandez has since been formally charged with Attempted Murder and Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm in relation to an incident on 20 April. He appeared before the court today, Thursday 17 November, and has been remanded in custody pending a further appearance on 25 November.
