Shortly after 6:45PM yesterday, Tuesday, 8 February, police responded to a report of a female teenager found unresponsive at a residential address on Water Street, Bodden Town.

Emergency Services attended the location where CPR was administered at the scene and continued during transfer to the Cayman Islands Hospital, where she was subsequently pronounced dead shortly before 8.00PM.

The matter is under investigation, however the death is not believed to be suspicious at this time.

The RCIPS expresses condolences to the family of the deceased.
