Update (13 December):
A man age 68 of North Side was arrested on 27 November on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving in relation to the below incident. He is currently on bail and the investigation remains ongoing.
UPDATE (26 November):
Police can now confirm the identity of the deceased pedestrian in the fatal collision which occurred on Sunday evening, 24 November, on Anton Bodden Drive in Bodden Town (see below). He is Henry Schucair Robinson, age 65 of Bodden Town.
The RCIPS offers condolences to the family of the deceased.
The matter remains under investigation and police are appealing for witnesses to this collision, which took place shortly after 7:00PM, to contact the Traffic & Roads Policing Unit at 649-6254 or 924-1071.
UPDATE: 25 November - 9:30AM
The roadway for Anton Bodden and Condor Drive in Bodden Town will remain close as the investigation progresses.
The collision occured just after 7PM last night, 24 November, when a member of the public reported that a man was found unresponsive in the vicinity of Leroy Fredericks Drive off Anton Bodden Drive and appears to have been struck by a vehicle.
It is believed that more than one vehicle was involved in the collision and all vehicles involved fled the scene.
Police are seeking the assistance of the public with information concerning this collision. Anyone with information is being asked to call the Bodden Town Police Station at 947-2220.

Police have closed Anton Bodden Drive and Condor Drive in Bodden Town, due to a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian, where the pedestrian succumbed to injuries he sustained.
The matter is under investigation and the roadway has been closed as a result. All motorist are being asked to use the main road. Only residence within Anton Bodden and Condor Drive will be allowed to exit the area while the road is closed.
