Shortly after 5:00PM on Tuesday, 8 May, officers responded to a report of a traffic collision on the Esterley Tibbets Highway, just south of the Seven Mile Public Beach roundabout. A white Honda CR-V and a grey and yellow Toyota HiAce collided in the southbound section of the highway. As a result, the HiAce overturned and the CR-V sustained damage to its front section. The driver of the bus and one passenger were transported to the Cayman Islands Hospital, treated for minor injuries and released.
The matter is currently under investigation.
