A woman, age 23 of Bodden Town, has been arrested on suspicion of theft and aggravated burglary, in relation to a domestic incident. She is currently on police bail pending further investigation. The woman, who is a probationary officer with the RCIPS, has been suspended from duty.
A 20-year-old-man of George Town was initially arrested by the police in 2023 in relation to sexual offenses committed against a female Juvenile, and has now been formally charged with Sexual Communications with a Child, Taking a Child from Lawful Care and two counts of Rape.
A man, age 52 of George Town, previously circulated as wanted for serious sexual offences and arrested on 25 March has now been formally charged with two counts of Rape. He appears in court this today, 5 April.
Fifteen-year-old Shantelle Rhoden Aguilar, who was reported missing on Friday, 15 March, has been located and returned home, and appears to be in good health. The RCIPS thanks the public for their assistance in this matter.
Yesterday, a 24 year-old-man, from George Town, was charged with 18 counts of grooming and indecent assault against three juveniles, including rape, sexual communication with a child, meeting a child following sexual communication and indecent images of a child.
