A man, age 48 of West Bay, has been arrested and formally charged with Burglary, Damage to Property, Consumption of Cocaine and Consumption of Ganja in relation to an incident on 29 November, where an address on Boggy Sand Road, West Bay, was broken into, and items stolen. He was to appear in court this morning, 5 December.

Detectives have launched a murder investigation into the death of the 24-year-old-man from West Bay who was found unresponsive in the area of Ms. Daisy Lane, West Bay,on Tuesday evening, 12 November, with several gunshot wounds. A man, age 44 of West Bay has been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the incident.
On Sunday, 17 November, Cayman Water will be hosting their annual Pete Ribbins Memorial Bike Ride and Run, which begins at 6:30AM and ends at 8:30AM. Motorists traveling along the Esterley Tibbetts Highway and West Bay Road on Sunday morning are advised to exercise caution.
