The woman, age 33 of Bodden Town, who was arrested in relation to the murder which took place on Sunday, 23 March, on Mary Street in George Town, has been formally charged with Murder. She has been remanded in custody to appear in Grand Court on Friday, 4 April.
On Wednesday 26 March, West Bay police officers and members of the RCIPS Community Policing Unit, together with partner agencies Customs and Border Control (CBC), Public Lands Commission (PLC) and Department of Agriculture (DoA), carried out an interagency Day of Action operation in West Bay District.
Shortly before 12:00AM on Tuesday, 25 March, officers responded to a report of an attempted armed robbery at a service station on Shamrock Road in the vicinity of Pedro Castle Road.
Shortly after 11.30PM, Friday 21 March, police, EMS and Fire were dispatched to a report of a head on collision involving two vehicles at the intersection of Stadium Drive and Birch Tree Hill Road, West Bay.
Shortly after 7:30PM yesterday, 20 March, officers responded to a report of a disturbance at a bar in Trafalgar Place, on West Bay Road. A man, age 31 of West Bay, was arrested on suspicion of possession of an imitation firearm and suspicion of possession and consumption of ganja.
On Friday, 14 March, officers arrested a man, age 33 of George Town, in relation to a robbery which took place on the evening of Tuesday, 4 March, at a convenience store on Mary Street, George Town. He has since been formally charged with several offenses and appeared in court.
Police arrested wanted man Luis Soler, following a burglary report in Bodden Town.
Police arrested a 38-year-old man from George Town on Monday, 10 March on suspicion of burglary relative to an incident that occurred on 18 July, 2024, on Eastern Avenue in George Town. The arrested man has since been formally charged with Burglary and with other offenses which occurred at the time of his arrest.
Officers on patrol on Shamrock Road stopped a vehicle which appeared to have illegal tint. They then had cause to search the vehicle and recovered a quantity of ganja. The driver was arrested.
Shortly before 1:50AM this morning, 8 March, officers responded to a report of a robbery at a convenience store on Eastern Avenue near the intersection with Godfrey Nixon Way.
