On Monday, 22 November, the RCIPS Training and Development Unit (TDU) began a training class of twenty-three (23) new recruits, who have begun their journey to becoming Police Constables within the RCIPS.
A 35-year-old-man has been formally charged with Burglary contrary to the Penal Code (2019 Revision), Possession of Ganja with Intent to Supply and Consumption of Ganja contrary to the Misuse of Drugs Act (2017 Revision). The charges are in relation to a burglary that was reported to the police on 3 November.
Shortly before 10:00PM last night, 25 November, the vessel that had been reported to be in distress earlier that morning was located, having run aground on the reef near Hungry Iguana, Little Cayman. The vessel was recovered and the persons aboard were found to be in good health.
