Just before 3:45AM this morning, officers, while on patrol in the vicinity of Harbour Drive, George Town observed 3 males walking in the direction of South Church Street. The officers had cause to stop and speak with the 3 men and, after a short conversation, suspected that the men were under the influence of a controlled drug.
On Saturday, 31 August, Cardinall Avenue will be closed between Edward Street and Albert Panton Street, from 10:00AM to 9:00PM, to facilitate the Penha Privilege Launch Party. Traffic entering Cardinall Avenue from Harbour Drive will be diverted left onto Albert Panton Street during this time.

The Miss World Cayman Islands Motorcade takes place on Saturday, 31 August, beginning at 9:00AM at Andy’s Rent-A-Car off Roberts Drive in George Town and travelling to East End, North Side and West Bay. Motorists are advised to exercise caution on Saturday, and to expect slight delays if travelling behind the motorcade.
Just after 12:30AM on Monday morning, 26 August, police observed a vessel attempting to be placed on a trailer at the Red Bay Dock, when the officers approached to investigate what was happening, the boat reverse off the trailer and made off, discarding packages along the way.
