A woman was arrested on Tuesday, 29 May, on suspicion of illegal gambling, as part of a Community Policing operation.
On Friday, 1 June, the RCIPS is launching a firearms amnesty during which illegal firearms can be turned in to police through any one of three proposed ways, with no criminal repercussions.
Police can confirm that the pedestrian involved in the traffic collision on Shamrock Road on Monday, 28 May (see previous release), has died. He is Carlton William Farrell, age 68 of Bodden Town.

A broken down vehicle had blocked a portion of Bodden Town Road near Mostyn's Esso. The area has now been reopened to traffic.
Shamrock Road/Bodden Town Road between Condor Road and Anton Bodden Drive will be closed on Wednesday, 30 May, from 8:30AM until about 2:00PM. During this time eastbound and westbound traffic will be diverted onto Condor Road and Anton Bodden Drive.
