For a better experience on RCIPS, UPDATE YOUR BROWSER. On Saturday morning, 27 March, officers responded to a report that members of the public had located a package containing suspected drugs on the shore off Shamrock Road, some distance west of Spott's Dock.
On, 10 February, wanted man Mitchum Kenjo Wood was located and arrested by police officers in the North Side area. He is now in police custody. Otis Melbourne Myles remains at large (see below) and the RCIPS continues to seek the public’s assistance in locating him.

A man, age 44 of George Town, was arrested on suspicion of theft from a motor vehicle. At the time of his arrest, he was in possession of a sum of foreign currency and jewellery. Police are appealing for anyone who may have had items stolen from their vehicles overnight between 29 and 30 January to contact the police.
Hugo Alberto Soto-Guzman, who was reported missing on Wednesday, 27 January, has been located and appears to be in good health.
A man, age 35 of George Town, has been arrested on suspicion of Assault ABH in relation to an assault incident outside a bar on Smith Road. He has been granted bail with conditions as investigations continue.

Shortly after 12:00AM today, 19 December, officers responded to a report of an altercation involving several men at a bar on Martin Drive in George Town.. A male received injuries to his head, arm and back, and was transported by ambulance to the Cayman Islands Hospital for treatment
Today, 4 December, the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) is delighted to announce that it has received a donation of 22 AED (Automated External Defibrillators) battery packs and 20 CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Kits from the Cayman Heart Fund.
