The prison officer, a man age 40 of Bodden Town, who was arrested on 15 July, 2021, on suspicion of drug offenses, has been formally charged with 2 counts each of Smuggling, Possession of Ganja, Possession of Ganja with Intent to Supply, and 1 count each of Breach of Trust by a Public Officer, and Giving a False Address.
The prison officer, a man age 39 of West Bay, who was arrested on 9 June, 2021, on suspicion of drug offenses, was formally charged with one count of Smuggling and two counts of Possession of Ganja with Intent to Supply, on 23 September, 2021.
Police are seeking public assistance in locating 14-years-old Jaden Lawrence.
During the early morning hours of Saturday, 8 January, 2022, the Air Operations Unit, while conducting coastline patrol in the Beach Bay area of the Bodden Town District, spotted suspicious activity. Officers responded and during the search of the area two vehicles were recovered containing a large quantity of ganja.
Yesterday morning, 13 December, police responded to a report of a firearm incident in the vicinity of John McLean Drive in East End. On arriving at the scene police spoke with the complainant and another man and women that were alleged to have been involved in the incident.
RCIPS’ holiday safety operation, Winter Guardian, commences today, 1 December, and will see increased community foot patrols and intensified road enforcement operations, supported by road safety education and awareness campaigns. Shortly after 1.15am this morning, police and other emergency services were dispatched by the 911 Communication’s Centre to a report of a single vehicle collision on Shamrock Road, in the vicinity of Tuckerman Lane, Bodden Town.
Isabella May Grant, age 16 of Bodden Town, who absconded from home on Monday, 18 October, has been located and appears to be in good health.

Shortly after 3:00AM today, 30 September, officers received a report of an aggravated burglary and assault that had occurred at an address on Frank Sound Road in North Side.
