A 52-year-old-man of George Town has been charged with Burglary following his arrest on Monday 7 October.

Shortly before 10:20 this morning, police and emergency services responded to a report of a person in distress. A woman had been snorkeling in the waters off West Bay Road in the vicinity of Royal Palms, when she encountered difficulties. She was subsequently transported to hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Richard Reid, who went missing on Sunday, 8 September, has been located and appears to be in good health. The RCIPS thanks the public for their assistance in locating him.

Our officers have noticed that there have been a large number of children travelling in vehicles, who have not been wearing their seatbelts. Not only is this a violation of the Traffic Laws and Regulations, but it is a danger to your child life in the event that your vehicle is involved in a collision.

On Saturday, 20 July, officers responded to a robbery report, making an arrest and recovering the stolen property. The man arrested has been charged with Robbery.
