These relate to debit orders or login attempts. The SMS messages then ask recipients to call 1 (888) 958-7985, which is a fraudulent number. Recipients should not call the number in the message.
Police have received reports of persons receiving text messages with links, that when clicked, triggers a phone call from persons claiming to be from a bank or financial institution.
