2nd December, 2024

Romario Brown, age 23 of West Bay, has been formally charged in relation to two incidents which occurred on Thursday, 17 October, in the Countryside Shopping Plaza in Savannah. He has been charged with one count of Burglary, and one count of Attempted Burglary, respectively.

Proactive Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrests and Burglary Charge, 22 November

At about 3:45AM on Thursday, 21 November, officers stopped and searched a vehicle travelling along Grescott Lane. A quantity of cash and drugs were found and the occupants arrested. One of the occupants has since been formally charged in relation to an burglary which took place on 14 November.

At around 2:30AM, Wednesday 6 November, police responded to a report of a robbery at a commercial plaza on West Bay Road, just north of Snooze Lane.  It was reported that a security guard who was on duty outside the location was approached by a group of persons wearing hoodies and masks, who attacked him and robbed him.
