The George Town Police Station will be relocating to 19 Eastern Avenue and will be fully operational at this new location on Monday morning 13 April, 2026.

On Friday, 27 March, RCIPS officers executed a search warrant at an address in West Bay, supported by officers from Customs and Border Control (CBC). During the search, a quantity of ganja and two spear guns were recovered in the residence. Four rounds of ammunition were recovered in a vehicle on the property.

A man has been formally charged with Possession of Ganja and Possession of Ganja with Intent to Supply, following the recovery of over 500lbs of ganja during a search of a residence in Bodden Town.

Just after 1:50PM on Friday, 12 December, officers responded to a report of a robbery at a business on Main Street in George Town.

On Tuesday, 2 December, officers responded to a report that a large number of suspicious packages had been found on the shore off Guy Banks Road in Little Cayman

Shortly after 5:20PM on Saturday, 29 November, officers responded to a report of a robbery at a restaurant on Stadium Drive in West Bay. At about 2:40PM on Friday, 28 November, officers responded to a report of an incident at a grocery store on Rock Hole Road, George Town.

Police recovered a large quantity of ganja and a firearm in two separate operations in November. Arrests have been made in both matters.

This past Thursday and Friday, officers in Cayman Brac were joined by officers from Customs & Border Control, along with additional police officers from Grand Cayman, for a high-visibility day of action, targeting illegal activity on the island.

A man has been charged following a robbery at a jewellery store in George Town on Saturday, 22 November.
