UPDATE: Men Charged Following Ganja Recovery, 2 April

The three men, age 57 of George Town, and 28 and 29 of Bodden Town, who were arrested on Tuesday, 26 March, following the recovery of a quantity of ganja and cash, have been formally charged with Possession of Ganja with Intent to Supply. The 57-year-old has also been charged with Possession of Criminal Property.

The Prison Officer who was arrested during the joint operation on Wednesday, 28 February, at HMP Northward, has now been formally charged with Misconduct in a Public Office and Supplying Drugs (Ganja). He appeared in court yesterday afternoon, 1 March, and was granted bail, pending a Grand Court appearance on Friday, 15 March.
