A portion of Shamrock Road has been closed to facilitate police investigation in relation to single vehicle fatal collision.

Today, Friday 14 April, the RCIPS released its 2022 Crime and Traffic Statistics Report, and members of the Senior Command Team held a press conference to discuss the main developments and trends described in the statistics with the media.

Over this past weekend, 7-10 April, the RCIPS conducted its yearly Easter operations across the island. During this time there were no major incidents of violent crime and no major traffic collisions. There were also no reports of trespass or theft related to persons camping over the weekend.

RCIPS encourages safety throughout the upcoming Easter Holiday.
