Police are seeking public assistance in locating Manuel Carter-Ramirez, who is wanted in relation to a series of burglaries in West Bay. He is known to be violent and should not be approached. Contact 9-1-1 if he is seen.

Update: Man Charged for West Bay Wounding, 24 March

At about 12:20AM on Saturday, 21 March, the 9-1-1 Communications Centre dispatched officers to a report of a serious assault on Bonaventure Road, in West Bay where a man had been wounded with a machete. A man was arrested and charged with Wounding with Intent and Unlawful Wounding following the incident.

Man Charged for Burglary and Cocaine Offenses, 2 March

2nd March, 2020

On Saturday, 29 February, officers responded to a report of a burglary at an address on West Bay Road north of Marsh Road. Later that day, a man turned himself in as the suspect in the burglary. He has been formally charged with Burglary and Consumption of Cocaine and appears in court today, 2 March.

Man Charged for East End Wounding, 2 March

Early on the morning of Wednesday, 26 February, officers responded to a report of an assault at an address on Sea View Road, East End, where a man used a knife to wound another man. A man, age 23 of East End, was arrested and has now been formally charged with Wounding and appears in court today, 2 March.

UPDATE: Arrest in Relation to West Bay Road Robbery, 21 February

21st February, 2020

Police responded to a report of a robbery shortly before 2:30AM on Saturday morning, 8 February. A man was robbed by two males who then fled the scene in a vehicle. The man was uninjured. A 17-year-old male has now been arrested in relation to the incident.

The link in the email is a phishing attempt and members of the public are warned NOT to click on any such links but forward such emails to the Financial Crime Investigation Unit.
