At about 12:20AM on Saturday, 21 March, the 9-1-1 Communications Centre dispatched officers to a report of a serious assault on Bonaventure Road, in West Bay where a man had been wounded with a machete. A man was arrested and charged with Wounding with Intent and Unlawful Wounding following the incident.
Two persons were arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass and other offenses on Sunday, 1 March, after being observed by officers behaving suspiciously on a property in East End.
On Saturday, 29 February, officers responded to a report of a burglary at an address on West Bay Road north of Marsh Road. Later that day, a man turned himself in as the suspect in the burglary. He has been formally charged with Burglary and Consumption of Cocaine and appears in court today, 2 March.
Early on the morning of Wednesday, 26 February, officers responded to a report of an assault at an address on Sea View Road, East End, where a man used a knife to wound another man. A man, age 23 of East End, was arrested and has now been formally charged with Wounding and appears in court today, 2 March.
The driver of the vehicle, a 22-year-old-man of George Town, was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine with intent to supply as well as in relation to a robbery that took place at Shedden Road, George Town on 21 February.
Just after 8:30PM last night, 21 February, police and other emergency services were dispatched to Shedden Road by the 9-1-1 Communication Center, where it was reported that shots were fired at a location resulting in one man being injured.

Police responded to a report of a robbery shortly before 2:30AM on Saturday morning, 8 February. A man was robbed by two males who then fled the scene in a vehicle. The man was uninjured. A 17-year-old male has now been arrested in relation to the incident.
The RCIPS is informing the public of a fraudulent email being sent to members of the public purporting to be from the RCIPS Financial Crime Unit. The link in the email is a phishing attempt and members of the public are warned NOT to click on any such links but forward such emails to the Financial Crime Investigation Unit.
