Pictures of these items have been provided in this press release and members of the public are invited to view these items and attempt to identify them if you have been victims of theft related crimes.
Just before 8PM on Friday 8 May, police were dispatched by the 9-1-1 Communication Centre to a report of burglary in progress at a church hall located on Bodden Town Road.
Police are investigating a report of shots fired in West Bay on the evening of 6 May, and an incident where a man was wounded with a machete in the same area the next day, 7 May. A man, age 34 of West Bay, has been arrested in relation to the assault.
On Tuesday, 28 April, DOE officers came across a duffle bag containing packages of suspected cocaine. Police took possession of the packages, believed to have a value of $350,000 CI, which were subsequently destroyed with the assistance of the DEH.
Wanted man, Joseph Vandell Hurlston has been located and taken into custody today, Sunday 26 April.
A man, age 21 of George Town, was arrested and has subsequently been charged with several offenses following an incident on 16 April when he was observed recklessly riding an illegal motorbike and subsequently resisted arrest and assaulted officers. He appeared in court and was remanded into custody until 30 April.
Extensions to hard and soft curfews were announced at the COVID-19 press conference on Thursday, 16 April 2020.

The man arrested in relation to an incident on Tuesday, 31 March, where he unlawfully entered a residence and was confronted by the occupant, has now been charged with Criminal Trespass, Common Assault, and Breach of Curfew.
