Yesterday, 27 June, police arrested a man, age 37 of Cayman Brac, on suspicion of possession of an unlicensed firearm, in relation to the incident earlier that morning where the window of residence in Cayman Brac appeared to have been broken by a projectile. The man remains in custody.
Police are currently investigating three incidents of theft over this past weekend between Friday 9 June and Sunday 11 June, where vessels were reported to have been stolen.

Shortly before 2:20PM yesterday, 18 May, officers in Cayman Brac responded to a report of damage to property and theft at Panama Canal, Creek. The antenna, solar panel, and two marine batteries, of a tide gauge at the location had been stolen, and the device damaged.Â
