Police Operation in the Breakers Area, Bodden Town, 18 February

18th February, 2019

Just before 6:45 AM this morning, Monday 18 February, police had cause to launch an operation in the breakers area. Officers attended the location and saw a vessel in the water. Three men were also located in area acting suspiciously. The men were subsequently arrested on suspicion of illegal landing.

JMU Assists Paddle Boarders in Distress, 31 January

Officers in West Bay and the Joint Marine Unit assisted two persons in distress who had been paddle boarding and were drifting out to sea, on Thursday, 31 January. They were located and brought safely to shore by the JMU.

The vehicle was described as being an orange 2015 Hyundai Accent GL, registration number 162-723. The vehicle was left in the parking lot overnight when the owner of the vehicle returned to collect the vehicle it was missing. A photograph of a similar vehicle is attached.
