A female and male received stab wounds. The male was discharged and the female remains in hospital being treated for life-threatening injuries. Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident.
The driver of the black pickup truck failed to stop following the collision and made off before the arrival of the police. The matter has been under investigation, however, police have been unable to locate the vehicle or identify the driver who caused the collision. A picture of the pickup truck is attached.

Just after 9:30PM on Saturday 25 July, police and other emergency services were dispatched by the 9-1-1 Communication Centre to a report of a motor vehicle collision located on Shamrock Road near Pointdexter Road involving a black Audi A4 and a Gray Honda Civic with a trailer attached at the rear.
Shortly before 12:40AM today, 22 July, officers responded to a single-vehicle collision on Bodden Town Road, in the vicinity of Anton Bodden Drive. A silver Honda Civic had been travelling westbound when it left the roadway and collided with a concrete garbage receptacle on the roadside, receiving extensive damage.
Shortly after 8:00PM yesterday, 9 July, officers responded to a report of a traffic collision on Hell Road, in the vicinity of Fountain Road, involving a dirt bike and a silver Honda motorcar.
Shortly after 10:00PM on Sunday, 28 June, officers responded to a report of a single-vehicle collision on Hell Road in West Bay. A grey Daihatsu had been travelling westbound along Hell Road when it left the roadway and collided with a fence in the vicinity of Miss Daisy Lane. The vehicle overturned as a result.
