On Friday, November 3, officers responded to three reports of attempted armed robberies. In all three incidents no shots were fired, no one was injured, and nothing was taken.
Just after 9:50PM on Tuesday, 24 October, police were dispatched by the 9-1-1 Communications Centre to a service station located on Eastern Avenue, where it was reported that a man carrying a silver handgun had attempted to rob the service station store.

Two men, ages 35 and 57, both Jamaican nationals, have been formally charged with Importation of Ganja, Possession of Ganja, Possession of Ganja with Intent to Supply, and Illegal Landing, after being discovered at an abandoned building in George Town, which was subsequently searched by officers.

On Saturday morning, 16 July, officers conducted a search of a residence on Pedro Castle Road in Bodden Town. During the search officers recovered a loaded firearm, along with a quantity of ammunition. The officers also recovered several packages of ganja.
