3:40PM - Police, along with Fire and EMS are currently on the scene of a collision on Bodden Town Road, just west of the Vernon L. Jackson Public Library.

Shortly before midnight on Sunday,17 May, a marked police vehicle was involved in a two-vehicle collision with a civilian vehicle near the intersection of Shedden Road and North Sound Road.

A man was arrested on suspicion of DUI following a two-vehicle collision in Cayman Brac.

The RCIPS Traffic and Roads Policing Unit is launching its first phase of Operation Clyro for 2026, an initiative to reduce dangerous driving behaviours, particularly those which lead to the loss of life.

The man, age 34, residing in Bodden Town, who was arrested in relation to the fatal collision on 21 April, 2025, on Bodden Town Road, has been formally charged with Causing Death by Dangerous Driving, Driving a Vehicle While under the Influence of Alcohol thereby Causing Death, and Dangerous Driving.
