A 30-year-old-man of George Town who was arrested on Friday 12 May in relation to firearm offence as well as several other traffic related offenses has since been formally charged by the police with six offences.
Following his arrest on Thursday 12 May, a third man, age 28 of George Town has now been formally charged with Murder and Wounding with Intent. He is expected to appear in court on Tuesday 16 May.

A man, age 26 of George Town, has been arrested and charged with Possession of an Imitation Firearm with Intent to Commit an Offense. The charge is in relation to an incident which took place on Eastern Avenue in George Town on Saturday, 22 April, where a man brandished a firearm at another man known to him and made threats.
