Shortly after 10:30AM on Wednesday, 17 June, police responded to a report of a robbery that took place along Wahoo Close in George Town.

Shortly after 4:00AM on Friday, 12 June, police responded to two reports of burglary in North Side.

On Wednesday, 10 June, officers conducted a search of the residence and a vehicle of a man, age 43 residing in George Town, under the Firearms Act and Misuse of Drugs Act.

On Sunday, 1 June, a 66-year-old man was formally charged with Impersonating a Doctor or Licentiate of Medicine, Attempting to Buy or Otherwise Deal in Controlled Drugs, and Buying or Otherwise Dealing in Controlled Drugs, following an investigation by the RCIPS.

Following a coordinated and extensive search effort led by the Cayman Islands Coast Guard (CICG), the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) Air Operations Unit (AOU)—with an observer from Customs and Border Control (CBC) on board—has located and recovered the body of a deceased individual in the waters off Seven Mile Beach

On Thursday, 4 June, wanted man David Cranston was arrested by the Police and is currently remanded in custody.

Police investigate robbery incident in the Prospect area, where a man was injured and currently seeking treatment.

A 47-year-old man who was arrested for murder on 23 May, in relation to a wounding incident that took place on Wednesday, 20 May, has now been initially charged with Wounding, Wounding with Intent, Possession of an Offensive Weapon, and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, pending the outcome of a post-mortem examination.

The Police are investigating a report of an armed robbery which took place at an address on Kennedy Drive in George Town on Friday, 24 April. 

Just before 5:30AM on Monday, 13 April, police responded to a report of a boat on fire in a canal in the Patrick’s Island area of George Town. The vessel, a white 2003 37ft Intrepid Cuddy, was later determined to have been stolen from an address in the Newlands area, and was last seen on Monday, 6 April 2026.
