Two men, both age 34, residing in Bodden Town and West Bay respectively, and one male juvenile, age 17, residing in George Town, have been arrested and formally charged in relation to multiple violent robbery incidents which occurred on 14 February, 2025, in the George Town area.
The RCIPS has noted an increase in the number of stolen vehicle reports since the beginning of July, with 18 reports received over the course of the month, including attempted vehicle thefts.
Just before 3:30 AM on Sunday, 20 July, police were dispatched by the 9-1-1 Communications Centre to a grocery store located in the Mount Pleasant Road area of West Bay, where it was reported that a robbery had taken place.
Police arrested three men concerning a robbery that took place at a bar on Shedden Road in George Town yesterday, 18 July. The men remain in custody, and investigators are seeking witnesses to come forward and assist with the investigation.
The man, age 33, residing in Bodden Town, who was arrested on 11 December, 2024, has been formally charged with Murder and Abduction, in relation to the death of two-year-old Alissady Powell, whose body was found on the iron shore in Cayman Brac on 26 July 2022.
At about 9:30PM yesterday, 29 June, officers responded to a report of a robbery at a convenience store on Reverend Blackman Road in West Bay. Officers later located and arrested two men, age 30, residing in George Town, and age 29, residing in North Side, on suspicion of robbery.
Police can now confirm the identity of the victim who was discovered to have been shot and killed on Monday, 23 June, as Al Martino Bush, age 49 of West Bay, known in the community as Joe.

Shortly after 9:45PM yesterday, 14 June, officers responded to a report of a robbery at a service station on Bodden Town Road. It was reported that a masked man dressed in dark clothing had entered the establishment, brandishing what appeared to be a machete, and demanded money.
